Exhibitor space at the annual ODI Conference is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the finest folks in the Dairy Industry during the two-day conference as well as at the Supplier-Sponsored Hospitality Suite each evening.

Your company must be an ODI Supplier Member in order to exhibit. The cost for yearly ODI Supplier Member dues is $325.00. Sign up here.

Hospitality Suite Sponsorship (please note, this is SEPARATE from an ODI Conference Sponsorship)
If you exhibit, it is strongly recommended that you show your support for the Supplier Hospitality Suite. The cost for Hospitality Suite Sponsorship is $200. All hospitality sponsoring company names appear on a poster at the suite. Send copy of your logo directly to Jean Cettel: jean@ingredientresource.com.

Lodging
Make your lodging reservations at the Grand Hotel in Salem, Oregon and ask for the Oregon Dairy Industries room rate.

Pricing:

  • $790 if reserved by March 1
  • $890 beginning March 2

Includes one (1) Exhibitor Conference Registration. Conference Registration includes lunch and beverage breaks both days and one (1) Cheese Tray admission. 

Any company representative attending the exhibit is required to register to attend conference functions and lunches, with the exception of the first representative which is included in the price of the Booth Exhibit Space. 

Pricing for additional company representatives:

  • $290 for the 2nd person if registered by March 1
  • $315 per person beginning March 2

Pricing for a 3rd and / or subsequent company representatives is:

  • $265 per person if registered by March 1
  • $290 per person beginning March 2
