Conference Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received on or before January 13, 2027 will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations received January 14 through February 27, 2027 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued after February 27, 2027.
• Registration transfers to another individual may be permitted upon request.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee applies to pre-registered exhibitors through February 26, 2027. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 26, 2027.

Hospitality Suite Sponsorship

Hospitality Suite Sponsorship – $200

The Hospitality Suite is supported by ODI supplier exhibitors and provides an additional opportunity to support the conference and connect with fellow attendees.

Hospitality Suite Sponsorship is separate from ODI Conference Sponsorship.

All Hospitality Suite sponsoring companies will be recognized on signage displayed in the suite.
