Each year, our Cheese Tray Committee puts together a collection of domestic, imported, and artisan cheeses that make the Elliker Cheese Tray the perfect ending to our ODI Annual Conference.
The Auction Committee carefully curates cheeses, beer and other items to create dozens of delicious baskets for the silent auction. The proceeds benefit the OSU Bodyfelt Scholarship Fund for dairy food students.
Live music is provided. The Cheese Tray is included in the 2-Day ODI Conference Registration and the Wednesday Only Conference Registration. Extra tickets can be purchased for guests for only $35
ODI Membership keeps YOUR organization going. Renewals for 2024 are due on January 1. If you have not renewed yet, please sign in to complete your renewal.
DAIRY PLANT MEMBERSHIP includes all dairy plants engaged in processing, manufacturing, and selling dairy foods. Each plant shall pay dues annually in the amount of $375 plus $150 for each plant location. Your organization must decide which plant is the "main" plant and which are the "additional."Includes all dairy plant processing, manufacturing, and distributing of dairy products. Each plant shall pay dues annually in the amount of $375 plus $150 for each plant location.
SUPPLIER MEMBERSHIP consists of dairy supply and other material supply and services companies, and professional services companies interested in supporting the dairy industry. Each supplier company shall pay dues of $325 per company membership.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP includes individual persons employed by the dairy processing plants, supplier firms, academic/government organizations, and others involved in work related to the dairy industry. Each associate shall pay dues of $325 per person.

CANCELLATION: Conference registration cancellations are accepted and refunds issued (less a $50 cancellation fee) if received on or before March 4, 2-24. The cancellation fee increases to $75 per registrant after that date. No refunds issued for cancellations after March 26, 2024.
