ODI Conference

Each year, ODI puts on an conference to bring together the best and the brightest in the Dairy Industry from across the Western United States. Programming, speaker selection, and topics are carefully curated to ensure the expansion of industry knowledge, and industry.

Elliker Cheese Tray

The Elliker Cheese Tray is the grand finale of the Annual Conference. This event has been the Oregon Dairy Industries signature social event for industry members and friends for many decades. Every year our Cheese Tray Committee puts together a collection of domestic, imported, and artisan cheeses. All the cheeses are accompanied with appropriate beverage choices, condiments and accompaniments. This event is

ODI Golf Tournament

The ODI Golf Tournament benefits the Bodyfelt Scholarship Endowment at Oregon State University. 

Product Evaluations

Each year, ODI holds an annual evaluation of products from its member plants. The objective of the evaluation is to promote the production of high quality dairy products in the Pacific Northwest. The products are judged by a panel of trained, unbiased experts let by Professor Lisbeth Goddik. Test resultant are not public, however, the winners are honored at the Annual ODI Conference.
