  • Additional Exhibitor Attendee Registration. Includes lunch and beverage breaks both days and one Cheese Tray ticket.

    Includes ONE exhibitor registration.
    The registration includes lunch and beverage breaks both days and one Cheese Tray ticket.
    Anyone manning the exhibit is required to register to attend the conference functions and lunches. The first registration is included with the price of the exhibit space.
    Your company must be an ODI Supplier Member in order to display. The cost for yearly ODI Supplier Member dues is $325.00.
  • Tabletop Display: 6' Skirted Table.
    Includes ONE exhibitor registration.

ODI offers 17 exhibitor booths and 13 tabletop displays. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Early bird registration is available through February 26, 2027.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee applies to pre-registered exhibitors through February 26, 2027. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 26, 2027.
